FAQ
1.) Q: Is there a plot to this comic or what?
A: At the time of writing this I have very few comics up, and I don’t update as frequently as most webcomics. (Being a student comes before all of my hobbies). Most comics can be read as single joke pages, but there is some (slight) continutity to each one. Oh, additionally, I can’t promise that there will be a joke every comic, part of advancing a plot means that there need to be some serious strips.
2.) Q: You say this comic is “slightly auto-biographical” what the heck does that even mean?!
A: Good question, the characters of AT are all completely original, and are NOT directly based off of any real person. However some of the traits the characters posses, are based off characteristics that a few (not just one) of my friends posses. Most of the situations the characters get in (unless otherwise specified) are either totally original or so loosely based off of a life event (and then exaggerated) that it is no longer recognizable as something that happened in my life. Some of the dialogue (namely the punchlines) are based on actual conversations I’ve had with friends.
3.) Q: Why does [character]‘s hair/skin/shirt keep changing color?
A: This comic (as of writing) is drawn and colored by hand (though the lettering is done on the computer). Very little planning is put into the color scheme, if [character]‘s hair or skin has changed color, it means I’m trying to find a fit (color wise) for that character. If the clothing has changed color that probably means I wasn’t paying attention. Can you ever forgive me? ^^
4.) Q: When the [fudge] do you update!?
A: Every other Friday, aka once every two weeks. I draw at an ungodly slow pace and I’m also a full time student. As above, being a student comes before my hobbies.
5.) Q: I love David! Can I take him home with me?
A: Oh dear lord no. Why would you ever want to?
